A cat named Ella gave her humans the cold shoulder when they took over the TV to watch the Super Bowl. Although Ella’s owner isn’t particularly fond of sports, the Super Bowl is the one exception, mainly for the Halftime Show and the commercials. However, Ella’s 4-year-old human was not thrilled when it was time to give up control of the remote.
On Sunday, February 10, Ella’s owners posted a video on TikTok showing her sulking by the window during the Super Bowl. The video, shared by @ellawatchestv_on, showed Ella refusing to look at the screen or anyone in the room. The caption read, “my cat is used to getting the TV at night but it was Super Bowl Sunday,” making it clear that Ella was none too pleased about the disruption to her evening routine.
As Ella’s nearly 800,000 followers know, the cat is a TV lover who watches it every night. The Super Bowl interruption must have felt like a betrayal to her, leaving her with an air of attitude and frustration. Poor Ella had to endure a lot that evening!
