September 23, 2024 — The Pennsylvania State Police are seeking public assistance following the discovery of two deceased and mutilated cats on the property of JLG Industries, located just outside McConnellsburg.
Authorities were dispatched to JLG at 1 JLG Drive in Ayr Township around 3 PM on September 19 after receiving reports of animal cruelty. According to police, an employee discovered the cats, which had been dead and mutilated, during the morning shift sometime in August. The specific timeframe of the incident is noted as between August 19 and August 31.
