A residence on Ferry Point Road in Suffolk, near the Chuckatuck area, experienced significant damage in a fire on Wednesday evening, as reported by Suffolk Fire & Rescue. Fortunately, while two adults and a child were displaced, there were no injuries reported. However, the home housed eighteen cats, six of which were successfully revived by firefighters and paramedics. Tragically, one cat did not survive the incident.
