In a display of unwavering dedication to their furry friends, supporters and volunteers of Purrfect Partners of Mobile, a local cat rescue organization, took on a peculiar challenge this Monday: eating cat food.
The unconventional feat was just one of many challenges undertaken by the group throughout the week, all in the name of raising funds and awareness for their cause. Encouraged by donations and spurred on by Kris Rotonda, the mastermind behind Jordan’s Way, a platform dedicated to supporting animal rescue efforts, these individuals embarked on a series of daring stunts.
Kris Rotonda, a former realtor and seasoned bodybuilder, initiated these online events as a tribute to his late dog, Jordan. Through these inventive initiatives, Rotonda aims to generate vital funds for underfunded animal rescue organizations.
The results of their efforts were impressive: in a matter of hours, Purrfect Partners of Mobile successfully raised $9,000. However, their campaign is far from over, as they continue to welcome donations from supporters eager to contribute to their cause.
