For those who have a pet that truly lends a helping paw, there’s an undeniable sense of envy. While some pets may simply ignore their owners when they need help, one cat mom recently shared a heartwarming video that shows just how useful her Bengal can be.
On Saturday, February 15th, the cat mom posted a video of her Bengal, Bandito, as she was disassembling his cat tree in preparation for a move. Bandito, however, seemed to have his own ideas about the situation and certainly wasn’t going to let his mom take it down without his “help.”
Whether Bandito was attempting to assist in dismantling the cat tree or was under the impression that his mom was trying to rebuild it remains a mystery. It certainly appeared as though he thought she was confused and needed guidance. After all, why would anyone want to take down a perfectly good cat tree?
Having lived with his mom since he was a kitten, Bandito is no stranger to having things his way. He couldn’t understand why she was taking apart his beloved cat tree, so he made himself available to help both morally and physically. One of the most endearing parts of the video is when Bandito gives loving swats, seemingly saying, “Girl, just let me handle it.”
Rest assured, the reason for the disassembly is simply a move. Bandito will receive a new cat tree once they settle into their new home, and he’ll likely enjoy it just as much as his old one. As a curious Bengal, he’s sure to have a great time exploring his new surroundings. He just doesn’t know it yet—it’s all for his own good!
